An Café - short for Antique Café- is a Japanese Visual-Kei rock band formed by MIKU (Vo), BOU (Gt), KANON (Ba) in 2003. A few months later, they became a quartet having TERUKI (Dr) in the band. An Cafe boasts an overwhelming popularity among teenagers for their life-sized lyrics and the danceable rock sounds which intrigues the audience to run high. It's only a few years since An Cafe have been founded, but despite of the young age the band has a huge international fanbase. The pop-rock melodies of An Cafe are guarantors for good temper! The trademark of An Cafe are the stylisch and colourful outfits, that many fans emulate. Singer Miku separates with his unique voice from the masses of other Japanese J-Pop bands. An Cafe belong to the upcoming star on the Indie/Pop/Rock sky, not only in Japan, but meanwhile also in Europe: On 23 rd of June 2007 An Café played for the first time in Germany on the J-Shock Festival in Cologne.
