For LAHANNYA standing still is a bit like dying… Only six months after the release of her stunning debut album “ Shotgun Reality ” and successful tours in the UK and France with Courtney Love's anarchic ex-collaborator Emilie Autumn and Moon Kana , j-rock queen and world famous gothic lolita model, LAHANNYA and her star line-up consisting of Lutz Demmler, Belle and Chris Milden present their follow-up CD: “ Welcome To The Underground ”.This 9-track EP features four brand new Lahannya songs as well as remixes by renowned artists from the alternative scene. The stunning artwork was created by David Bircham , whose graphic novel Brodie's Law has become a worldwide underground success and is currently being turned into a Hollywood movie by director Renny Harlin (The Covenant, Mindhunters, Cleaner). “ Welcome To The Underground ” paints a bleak picture of our future – a future in which due to fear and lethargy we sleepwalked into a surveillance society and our personal lives are under state control.
