The Swiss duo started their career back in 2013 with a string of singles and their debut album in 2014 on the cult label 'Beläten', followed by a mini album on 'Manic Depression' in 2015 and the 2nd album 'Ursprung' on Berlin-based 'Aufnahme+Wiedergabe'. If you have followed the Zurich-based outfit over the past few years, you must have noticed the constant moving towards 80's FM new wave and synthpop tones – without losing their electro/body music outline. 4 albums on the Italian label AVANT! are now followed by their first album on German Young & Cold Records. 10 new, dancy and bright tunes with emotional depth that blend lush instrumentation and robust rhythms, guided by funky and rubbery basslines. Check out the first two singles ‘Water Guns' and ‘A confession'! The song ‘Take Shelter' is a collaboration with Carlo Onda, (also known as Karl Kave). Veil Of Light might make it look easy to keep it neat without being minimalist, intimate without being depressing, romantic in the most true sense of the word, but we know that's possibly the hardest thing to do.
