Danser la Nuit : Nocturne - CD
Ref: 24766
Genre: Electro, New Wave Announced by the digital singles "Death of an Artist" and "Grateful Daylight", the second studio album "Nocture" confirms DANSER LA NUITs love for Italian New Wave analogic sounds and pumping chorus basses. On their new album, the Italian duo switched from the acoustic percussion - as heard on their debut album - to kicking drum machine, generating a complex and mature album, that promises a lot for the future of this project! The first half of the album features a more classic' wave sound with male lead vocals, synthetizers
and in the middle we find the gem "Feel the Darkness" (feat. the female vocals of Lunalith). The second part reveals a more experimental soul, sometimes paying tribute to the 70s. More than just a mere copy of their strong debut album, on their new opus the songwriting gets more complex, including such mesmerizing tracks as "Pain Pleasures" or the prog-like stop'n'go of "Venetia". Well done! Tracks : 01 Blind safe Life 02 Death of an Artist 03 Feel the Darkness (feat. Lunalith) 04 Grateful Daylight 05 Le faux Soleil 06 Nocturne 07 Pain Pleasures 08 Raving Situation 09 Sad Existance 10 Venetia
