The debut album Jahazralah, very much picked up from whereZoon left off Between 1996 and 1998 the band played two UK tours and a European tour. Towards the end of 1998, Paul grew disillusioned with the music scene in general and soon the band went their separate ways Paul went on to set up his own successful recording studio and production company. Bob and Simon later went on to form NFD.Now, in 2019, Sensorium are back with a brand new EP a brand new line up and a brand new vision. Paul approached vocalist Nick Schultz (Faces of Sarah), Cian Houchin, Former Nefilim /Saints Of Eden Bass Player and Belle Star on drums. (Killing Miranda and Nosferatu)The four started demo-ing ideas in 2018 and quickly formed a strong songwriting partnership the ep is full of melodic bass lines; classic one-liner guitar riffs throughout the ep obsession with existential, almost literary despair Lyrics and vocals, classic Goth Rock dance floor pounding drums and a wash of atmospheric keyboardsThe EP titled MMXVIII is a must for all lovers of Gothic Rock, past and present. Drawing from a myriad of influences and inspirations the EP takes you on a journey back to the evocative guitars and melodies of the height of alternative music scenes, while still maintaining a positive glance at the future.
