Violent Youth : Distant - CD

The Violent Youth are a German/Russian Synth Pop duo, based in Germany, consisting of Arthur Tsymbal (Vocal, Synthesizers) and Egor Ivakhnenko (Synthesizer). They construct melancholic 1980s-inspired synth-pop music. Their debut was released in 2014 and they played their first Liveshows in Belarus und Russia. With their second Album – Discotheque, TVY changed to a darker, deeper sound and the album got a good respose and lead to invitations to play the biggest Belarussian Music Festivals, as well as first shows in Germany and Belgium. With the release of their ‘Young & Cold'-album “Distant” (2019), the band moved to Germany and played their first big European tour, to expose an upgraded, new analogue sound in their music.
