Described as dark euphoric melancholy, this highly emotive album deals with personal themes of loss, addiction, isolation and remorse and is packed with angst-ridden highs and introspective lows. Having worked together on various projects since 2018, Kill Shelter and Antipole decided to join forces after meeting up in Cologne at the Cold Transmission Festival in 2019. Those initial conversations paved the way for an album that digs deep into the human psyche. KILL SHELTER Kill Shelter is UK based multi-instrumentalist, producer and remixer Pete Burns. His work blends elements of Post-Punk, Darkwave and contemporary Electronica with heavily processed guitars. His music has been described as dark, beautiful and highly emotive. The critically acclaimed debut album “Damage” was originally released by Unknown Pleasures Records and was one of the fastest selling releases in the label's history. The album brought together some of the finest emerging underground talent from around the world including Antipole (NOR), Hante. (FR), Delphine Coma (US), undertheskin (PL), Pedro Code (Iamtheshadow - PT), New Haunts (UK) and Bragolin (NL). Following a series of remixes including She Past Away or Agent Side Grinder (amongst many others), Kill Shelter is currently working on material for the new album ‘Asylum' ANTIPOLE Antipole is the moniker of guitarist Karl Morten Dahl based in Trondheim, Norway. His music is instantly recognisable by guitar-driven, evocative and hypnotic post-punk/wave mixed with synthesizers and drum machines. The latest album 'Radial Glare' (LP/CD, 2019) on Young & Cold features Paris Alexander, Eirene and Marc Lewis from The Snake Corps. Antipole also released two remix albums featuring remixes by Actors, Ash Code, Kill Shelter, Agent Side Grinder, Syzygyx, Crying Vessel and many more. In addition, Antipole and Paris Alexander have remixed She Past Away, Geometric Vision, Clan of Xymox, IAMTHESHADOW, Hante., In Letter Form, Agent Side Grinder, Skeleton Hands amongst many others.
