An incredibly mature and profound debut-album which comes in a beautifully designed 6-page Digipak CD case, that contains a complete lyrics and artwork-booklet Ghost Kitchen is the first full-time studio album by electronic music project TWO WORDS IN JAPANESE on which ELANE producer Nico Steckelberg collaborates with German Gothic icon Bianca Stücker (The Violet Tribe, ex-House of Usher) who lends her incredible, unique and expressive voice. The musical basis of GHOST KITCHEN are electronic sounds in different styles ranging from Dark Electro to Dark Wave with LoFi elements to Post Rock. Violin and cello complement this genre mix with their very own organic sound. The project is active on the net and with digital singles for amost 3 years and is outstanding in terms of the quality of the sounds and song-writing! The term GHOST KITCHEN refers to social structures and networks of relationships that can be the cause of trauma. The album is about fears, compensation and addictive behavior. This theme is supplemented using the voice of Prof. Sigmund Freud in two songs, to underline the psychoanalytic leitmotif of this concept album.
